Is Smart Wealth AI investment advice or a get-rich scheme?
No. We teach money-management skills courses — budgeting, cash-flow tracking and expense organisation with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude. Smart Wealth AI is a vocational training provider, not a bank, not a custody service, not investment advice, and not a get-rich-quick scheme. We do not guarantee savings or returns. Our programmes help you build AI workflows for personal finance management; financial decisions remain yours.
What prerequisites do I need?
No prior AI experience is required for Smart Money Foundations. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets is helpful. For advanced modules, completion of Foundations or equivalent experience with AI tools and household budget management is recommended. All programmes assume you are learning money-management skills for personal or freelance use — not seeking licensed financial planning credentials.
Are courses available online or in person?
Both. Live cohorts run at our Thurlow Street studio in Vancouver and via secure video for remote learners. Self-paced modules provide recorded content with optional office hours. Weekend intensives are in-person only. You choose the format that fits your schedule; curriculum content covers the same AI workflows for budgeting, cash flow and expense tracking regardless of delivery mode.
How large are cohorts?
Live cohorts are capped at 14 participants to ensure hands-on time with AI budgeting assistants, AI spreadsheets and prompt engineering exercises. Corporate workshops scale differently — typically 8 to 24 participants depending on team size and customisation. Small group sizes support meaningful feedback on your AI financial dashboards and expense categorisation workflows.
What does corporate training cost?
Corporate financial-literacy training is quoted per engagement. Indicative ranges: half-day workshops from C$2,350, full-day from C$4,100, multi-session programmes from C$7,350. Pricing depends on team size, customisation and whether sessions are at your office or our Vancouver studio. Contact us for a detailed proposal — all corporate packages cover vocational AI money-management education, not investment products.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before your cohort start date. 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before start. No refund within 7 days of start or after programme commencement, except where required by British Columbia consumer protection law. Self-paced module refunds follow the same timeline based on purchase date. Transfer to a later cohort is available once at no charge.
How do you handle personal information under PIPEDA?
Smart Wealth AI Inc. complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect only information necessary for enrolment, communication and course delivery. We never request bank login credentials or full account numbers. See our Privacy Policy for details, including your rights to access and correct personal information via [email protected].
What do your courses NOT include?
Our programmes explicitly exclude: investment advice, stock or crypto trading signals, guaranteed savings or returns claims, tax or accounting advisory, get-rich-quick strategies, robo-advisory services, portfolio management, and debt-elimination guarantees. We teach AI tools and money-management skills for educational purposes. Consult licensed professionals for regulated financial, tax and investment matters.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Programmes cover ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AI spreadsheets and AI budgeting assistant workflows. We teach prompt engineering, AI automation, AI output quality review and repeatable AI processes for finance admin. You may use free or paid tiers of these tools; we do not resell AI subscriptions. Tool availability and features change — we teach principles that adapt across platforms.
Do you store my financial data during courses?
We do not require you to share real bank statements or account credentials. Practice exercises use sample data or anonymised figures you choose to bring. Any personal financial information shared voluntarily during 1:1 reviews is handled per our Privacy Policy and deleted upon request after programme completion. We recommend using redacted or fictional data for in-class AI expense categorisation exercises.
